The Passover Rabbit

Happy Passover and Easter everyone!  No matter what you celebrate I hope your weekend is full of candy and fun!

The World Needs More Hugs

Lately it seems like there's a lot of sad and scary things going on out there. So I say we fill the world with more hugs!

I probably don't do this enough, but below I'm posting the rough I did for the above piece. Let me know what you think.  :)

Your upside down.. no wait! You're upsidedown!

"You're upside down!"

"No wait!... You're upside down!"

"No, you are!"

"Nope you are!"

"You"

"No, You!"

Flirty Pixie

Silly Pixie, has a crush on a dinosaur.
It's interesting the things that will pop into a sleep deprived mind.  : )

Turkey-Dacytl

This piece came out of discussion we were having at work about the ancient flying ancestor of the modern day Thanksgiving favorite... the Turkey Dactyl.   : )

Valkyrie! (1st Sketch Dailies)

Decided to jump in, and try the sketch dailies thing today.
The topic of the day... Valkyries!
Had some fun playing around with color, and design on this one.
I'm late to the party, I know, tons of my friends have been doing sketch dailies for a while now. And I finially understand why.
 It's a blast!
I won't participate everyday, most likely only when the topic strikes me as fun.  : )
Happy almost Friday!

Pumpkin cat says,"Happy Halloween"!

It's Halloween everyone!
Here's a little pumpkin cat wishing everyone a happy and safe Halloween!
Hope you're day is filled with Monsters, friends, family, and lots and lots of candy!!!

It's almost Howl-oween!

It's almost Halloween and Baby Pirate Werewolf is hanging out with his good buddy the Goblin Parrot!

I don't know about you guys, but I'm a big fan of Halloween time! Not only does it mean lots of candy, but it means they start playing all kinds of great monster movies on TV! : )

So far, I've done three Baby Pirate Werewolf pieces, and I think I'm going to make prints of them and have them available at the next convention I do, which will be CTN-X this November 15th-17th. Hope to run into some of you there!

Social Anxiety

I just finished this print. This poor little fellow seems to be feeling some social anxiety. What can I say... I'm able to relate. : )

Just for fun I thought I'd also include the rough sketch I based the piece on. As you can tell from the rough, I played around with the eyeline a bit, and some of the facial shapes too.
It was a playful little scene that just popped into my head and I ran with it.

Halloween is coming up fast. I hope you all are getting in a happy Halloween holiday mood!  : )

Autumn Sprite

Autumn Sprite having a chat with a humming bird. : )
A little piece I did for Inktober. It's digital ink, but I'm still counting it. : )
Happy Autumn time everyone! : )

Baby Werewolf Pirate

I had so much fun working on the first Baby Werewolf Pirate, that I decided to do a second one.

Here's the lil' guy howling at the moon.

I think getting closer to Halloween is putting me in a more monstery mood.

I'm working on another piece with the same character, that I hope to post soon. Not sure what I'll do with the images when finsihed. Any suggestions?

Have a fun and monstery day! : )

Goblin Parrot!

This is the Goblin Parrot, he's part of a slightly larger piece, that I'll post when it's more finished.
The Goblin Parrot, is the good friend and side kick of the Baby Werewolf Pirate, posted earlier. : )
Leave a comment and let me know what ya think! : )

National Talk Like A Pirate Day!

I honor of National Talk Like A Pirate Day, I present... a Baby Pirate Werewolf! : )

I was thinking of perhaps making prints, or necklaces or something fun with this image. Any suggestions?

I hope everyones Talk Like A Pirate Day is Arrrrrrrr-mazing!

Running, and playing

I felt like sketching out a big fun floppy running character.
I also made a couple of new digital brushes and played around with them on this piece.
Hope you're having a happy day!
